Please be advised that the following set-up procedures and pictures are for Bicknell cars using Bicknell Racing Products manufactured parts.

A growing number of non- Bicknell Race Products parts have been found to be in use on customer owned Bicknell race cars , thus leading to a small group of hard to dial-in chassis, we cannot be responsible for cars that do not use Bicknell Racing Products parts. For example, there is a number of companies manufacturing front axles. We have found that they have incorrect caster and camber settings. It is very hard to diagnose set-up problems when common items such as caster and camber are overlooked. Our tech department will be more than happy to help you out with any set-up problems you may have, but all of our suggestions may be useless if our baseline package is not used. So before calling, be sure that our baseline set-up is used.

The key areas to look at are the following:

Springs
Shocks
Torsion Bars
Torsion Arms ( change every 40-50 races)
Rear End Tube Lengths
Birdcages
Birdcage Timing
Torque Arms
Torque Arm Rubber Biscuits
Slider Heim Height
Front Axle
Master Cylinder Selection
Brake Caliper/Rotor Selection
Brake Pad Selection
